Course Description:
Are you “hungry” for your life? This goddess is awakening sensory awareness in all parts of our lives and our bodies by doing the things we love to do. Sensual and Sexual energy is spiritual and creative. This energy propels us to inspired and meaningful action. Feel our beauty, eroticism, passion and more by engaging with this energy! This allows us to feel more sociable, affectionate, loving, harmonious, and joyful. Actively engaging in pleasure with deep sensations of being fully alive leads to arousal of the lifeforce. Our positive energy excites people in our presence to express their true divine nature as well.
We work physically, mentally and emotionally to reconnect to our soulful nature. On all levels becoming more flexible, graceful, aligned, and upright. We cherish body senses of smell, taste, sight, touch and hearing. Using our imagination and visualization we develop integrative thinking through use of the arts, metaphors, myths, and proverbs. Understanding the use of joy, passion and pleasure to achieve our goals. We can powerfully, quietly and sweetly express ourselves cheerfully, tenderly, and empathetically allowing our sensuality to communicate our feelings.
